Waconda fire 85% contained as of Monday night

The Nebraska Department of Emergency Management said in a news release on Monday that crews continue to fight the Waconda fire in Cass County. By late afternoon agencies were reporting that it was 85% contained despite earlier reports that it wasn't contained at all.
