UFO UAP ORB or CGI?

Is it real? Kind of sketpical because the witness doesn't keep the object centered which I find strange. Secondly witness has no reaction, I'd be proclaiming "oh my God" or something to that effect. I'd also probably try to approach it and get closer. Trying to balance skepticism with open mindedness.
