NOTE: Water to tomato flake ratio will all be dependent on what you are making and how thick you want your sauce. I do not work in exacts when using such things so I cannot tell you what you need so here is what I suggest. Start with a ratio of 1:1 and add more water as needed. If you are making a sauce, it is usually cooked for a time anyway and this will cause it to thicken. You can always add more water or more flakes to get the desired consistency. Dried Tomato Flakes for Sauces, Soups, and More

NOTE: Water to tomato flake ratio will all be dependent on what you are making and how thick you want your sauce. I do not work in exacts when using such things so I cannot tell you what you need so here is what I suggest. Start with a ratio of 1:1 and add more water as needed. If you are making a sauce, it is usually cooked for a time anyway and this will cause it to thicken. You can always add more water or more flakes to get the desired consistency.
