The Dogman that Rove through Cottage Grove

Outside the tranquil city of Cottage Grove, located 10 miles (16 km) south of Saint Paul in Washington County in the State of Minnesota, lies a ferocious creature that stalks the north bank of the Mississippi River.

Since the area was settled in the 1840s, early settlers and later inhabitants have witnessed this dangerous cryptid amid its thick oaks and prairie grasses.
