5th Circuit Strikes at FDA, Contrary to Washington State (Part 2)

A little less than half-way into the 5th Circuit ruling to strike down FDA Approval of the abortion drug mifepristone. Seems to have some fairly articulated arguments in favor of the ruling. Today, I'll be going over the rest of the documents, and then covering the Washington ruling denying injunctive relief, as opposed to the 5th Circuit ruling.
