potato jjageul 🤗

▶️Ingredients
2 potatoes (400g), 1 spam 200g, 1/2 large onion, 1~2 green onion, 2 Cheongyang peppers

▶️ #Baekseonsaengnim's recipe (measured with a spoon)
1️⃣Put potato, onion, green onion, Cheongyang pepper, spam in a pot
2️⃣Add 1 sugar, 2~3 red pepper powder, 1 minced garlic, 1 red pepper paste, half spoonful of soybean paste, 4 dark soy sauce, and 500ml of water and boil.
3️⃣When it boils, cook it over medium-low heat until the potatoes are fully cooked.

▶️Boil spam to your heart's content and use it~
▶️ The point is to simmer the soup until the potatoes are fully cooked, making it salty ^^
