Why is Andrew Tate delaying his WarRoom announcement online?

To put it simply, if he talks online he will be arrested again. He has interdiction to appear online with his face and say anything relevant that can influence his trial. Sure he can write letters just like he did from jail but not do a full annoucement and a proper "WarRoom".
