Christ's followers idolized him; that's why they turned on him.

Like with celebrities and "experts" today, many idolize Christ, calling him God. The mind (the Devil) causes you to make false idols. People are not thinking what you think they're thinking, nor should you care! The burning bush that Moses spoke to is inside us now. But people look outside themselves. In politics, people idolized Trump, and then turned on him when they disagreed. God gives us gifts, but we use them for evil — such as with the power of the tongue. Remember, don't say "I am...." Don't identify with your issues.
