ingredients:
-1/2 avocado
-1/3 cup vanilla protein powder (~1 serving)
-2 tbsp chia seeds
-2 handfuls spinach (as much as you want really)
-1.5 cups almond milk
-1/2 cup ice
-sprinkle of cinnamon if you’re feeling fancy
