Recipe:
- 1/2 frozen banana, in pieces
- 8-10 frozen strawberries
- 15g whey protein (I used cinnamon flavour)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp magerquark/ skyr/ greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp milk of choice

toppings:
- @myrawjoy apple spread & chocolate
- dried berries
- pecan nuts
