ingredients:
A handful of frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana (or frozen mango)
1tsp cinnamon
1/2tsp vanilla extract
1tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
A few ice cubes
Almond milk or milk of choice (add enough to get to your desired consistency!)

Blend and enjoy!
