braised mackerel with biological mackerel^^
▶️Sauce (measured with rice spoon)
Red pepper powder 5, dark soy sauce 4, Korean soy sauce 2, fish sauce 3, sugar 1~2, honey 1, cooking wine 2, rice wine 2, soybean paste 1, red pepper paste 1, minced garlic 2, ginger (as much as a thumb), pepper, perilla oil 2 (sesame oil) )
▶️Ingredients
Radish 500~700g, fresh mackerel 2 (700g)
▶️Recipe
1️⃣Put 1 salt in the trimmed mackerel water and wash it once more
2️⃣Sprinkle rice wine on the front and back of the mackerel
3️⃣Chop vegetables (radish, half onion, half green onion, 3 Cheongyang peppers, 1 red pepper) thickly
4️⃣Put radish, 600-700ml of rice water, and a spoonful of seasoning in a pot and boil.
5️⃣When it boils, add mackerel, seasoning, and vegetables
6️⃣Close the lid and boil for 10 minutes over medium heat
7️⃣Open the lid and simmer for 15 minutes over medium-low heat
8️⃣If you have a lot of soup, you can boil it over high heat.
9️⃣If you're salty, put honey (starch syrup) on it, and if it's bland, add fish sauce
