Steamed pork belly and cabbage ^^

▶️Recipe
1️⃣Cut a head of cabbage and wash it
2️⃣Sprinkle pork belly (400g) with salt, pepper, and rice wine 2
2️⃣Cook cabbage - pork belly - salt and pepper seasoning - white wine (one cup) in a pot. Repeat layer by layer.
3️⃣Cover the lid and steam over medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes
4️⃣Dip it in the sauce, so it's clean and delicious^^
▶️If you add bean sprouts, it's good because it's crunchy

▶️Sauce (measured with rice spoon)
Dark soy sauce 5, mirin 1, plum liquid 2 (sugar 1), honey 1-2, lemon juice 3 (vinegar 2)
Add chopped onion, green onion, and Cheongyang pepper as much as you like.
You can substitute commercially available ponzu sauce.
