Once you enter the Church at the end of Chapter 4, head into the small corridor on the right and collect the Blue Dial from the cabinet. Now, head to the front of the chapel and flip the switch to the left of the pulpit which reveals the dials. After placing the Blue Dial, rotate each of the colors to create the pattern shown in the video so it fits around the gold image in the middle of the circle. Start by rotating the Green Dial, followed by the Red Dial, and finishing with the Blue Dial.
