By the way, if you are curious where I got this shiny new Bible, the Augustine institute sells them. It's pretty good so far, but, the introduction (because Crossway is a Protestant company) starts with Protestant presumptions on the canon. Though, to be far, they did acknowledge that Luther included the Deuterocanon in his Bible (he did not, however, translate it, as he was exhausted, he had some of his homies do that). I actually have an NRSVCE that quotes one of the Bruces (I think it's Bruce Metzger) that implies that the Jews during Jesus's time used the modern rabbinic canon (in actuality, there was no established canon). Assuming it's Metzger, I am surprised he got something like that wrong, he's usually very good! So far its a good Bible, though, I take issue with how Gensis 3:15 is translated. When I read it all the way through, there WILL be a review of it.
Anyway, Christ is risen, he is truly risen!
