Fire Breaks Out At An Industrial Plant in Germany Creating Toxic Cloud.

A cloud of poisonous smoke is moving towards Hamburg. It was formed as a result of a strong fire in the industrial area of Rotenburgsort.

Residents of the city are advised to close windows and not go outside unless necessary.
