Vaccine victim can't get compensation because disability no longer "acute"

Stephen Morrell contracted Guillain-Barré syndrome from the AstraZeneca jab and has been off work for two years since. But the UK government's vaccine damage payment scheme won't compensate him because his disability is no longer "acute."
