I ATTEMPTED 1,000 PUSH UPS IN UNDER 1 HOUR!!! I take on the ultimate test of strength and endurance by attempting to do 1,000 push ups in under 1 hour. Join me as I push my body to the limit and see if I have what it takes to conquer this challenge.
Along this subscriber for push ups journey I have built plenty of muscle in my triceps, chest, shoulders, and and other areas of my body making it almost a full body workout!
I look forward to continuing this journey of subs for push ups to promote health and fitness to others and I am excited to hit 2,000 subs to do 2,000 push ups!
