Our Lord spent SIX HOURS on the cross!
Long, agonizing hours! Painful beyond words can describe! Cruel hours of imaginable torture, hours in which even to take a gasp of air was extremely difficult!
He did all this for us! Because our salvation had to be accomplished.
IT IS FINISHED! He whispered ..
AND SO IT BEGAN. OUR SALVATION
