Cloud Gate is a public sculpture located in Millennium Park in Chicago, Illinois, USA. The sculpture is also known as "The Bean" due to its shape. It was designed by the British artist Anish Kapoor and was unveiled in May 2004.
The sculpture is made of stainless steel plates that are welded together, and its surface is highly polished to create a reflective surface. Cloud Gate is 33 feet high, 42 feet wide, and weighs over 110 tons.
The sculpture has become a popular tourist attraction and is one of the most photographed landmarks in Chicago. Its reflective surface allows visitors to see themselves and the city skyline reflected in the sculpture, making it a unique and interactive experience.
