Octopath Traveler 2 - Return to New Delsta

We return to Throne's starting town in preparation for Agnea's next chapter, but with the group assembled and some levels behind us, we are able to properly loot it now. There are an impressive number of NPCs here that we need to work through, so there is theft and violence galore while we knock out the side quests here that we are able to and get the last few valuables that are to be had.
