Looking for Farmland in Philippines | Land in Bukidnon

Our search for where to settle in the Philippines continues. Perhaps have we found our new home? A nice piece of land in the province of Bukidnon, Mindanao. Quiet, cold (by Filipino standards), amazing view, access to water (including a small waterfall!)...but a bit inaccessible, no road for anything bigger than a motorcycle. And a little rant from me, giving advice to other foreigners coming as guests to this friendly and lovely country! :D
