5th Circuit Strikes at FDA, Contrary to Washington State
Yesterday I covered briefly the ruling of a 5th Circuit Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk had on the abortifacient drug, mifepristone. Today, I finally found the document of the Judge's ruling, and will be covering that document as the Judge's opinion on the matter. See everyone there!
