cabbage hotpot
I'm uploading the recipe~
▶️Recipe
1️⃣Remove blood from beef (marinated or bulgogi persimmon) with kitchen towel, then season with rice wine and pepper.
2️⃣Cut off the thick part of the cabbage and blanch it until it takes your breath away, then cool it down.
3️⃣Put beef-vegetables (carrots, water parsley, enoki mushrooms, leek perilla leaves, etc.) on cabbage, roll it round and cut it in half
4️⃣In a pot (use a pot deeper than mine^^)
Lay out the cut cabbage stems and place the cabbage rolls in a round shape.
5️⃣Pour 500~600ml of anchovy and vegetable stock (for liver, tzuyu+dark soy sauce, rice wine 2)
6️⃣When it boils
7️⃣Move it to the table and enjoy while boiling it^^
▶️Sauce (measured with rice spoon)
4~5 dark soy sauce, 1 mirin, 2 plum juice (replaces 1 sugar), 1 honey, half a lemon (replaces 2-3 vinegar),
Moderately chopped onion, green onion, Cheongyang pepper
You can add red pepper powder if you like.
