SIMPLE GREEN SMOOTHIE by @nourishedbynutrition 🍃🍌

INGREDIENT BENEFITS:
— cauliflower (estrogen detoxification)
— spinach (magnesium + antioxidants)
— banana (B-vitamins + potassium) - TIP: opt for bananas that are more green. They are higher in resistant starch (a fiber that acts as a prebiotic for your gut) and lower in sugar.
— flax (fiber + estrogen detoxification)

1 cup flax milk (or milk of choice + 1 tbsp flax seeds)
1 small frozen banana
3/4 cup cauliflower rice
handful spinach
1 serving protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
