SunGazing: Standing or No? H.R.M.'s Legacy. Paying Attention to Signs.

Sun Gazing is a very old practice with a dubious reputation. It has a cult following and is frowned upon by the general public. Nevertheless, a few vocal devotees swear by it. I myself have been just honing it and learning as I go for years, learning from failures and successes. At 7 years, give or take, I'm at the end of my path of experiementation and have decided to take a more conservative approach of limited use while deeply researching and reflecting upon my years of dedicated experience. For anyone like myself, who has put the time, effort, and sacrifice in, there are limited sources of information about the topic. The curious and knowledge seekers look to great mentors like H.R.M. (R.I.P.) who brought extensive knowledge and insight for how much potential it has for those ready to learn beyond the limited mainstream information. My vlogs, along with many other vloggers has helped us combine to share and expand our usable/sustainable knowledge to put this practice to use in the most appropriate way for those who want or need it.
