This Sumac chicken salad with feta basil dressing is one of my favorite chicken salad recipes!

Ingredients
Meat
• 1 lb Chicken breast
Produce
• 1 large bundle Arugula
• 1 large bundle Basil, fresh
• 1 Persian cucumber
• 1/2 Red onion
• 1 Shallot, small
• 1/2 cup Sun dried tomatoes
Condiments
• 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
Pasta & Grains
• 1 cooked 1 cup cooked pearl Couscous
Baking & Spices
• 1 Salt and pepper
Oils & Vinegars
• 1/2 cup Olive oil, extra virgin
• 1 tbsp Sherry vinegar
Drinks
• 1 tbsp Ice water
Dairy
• 8 oz Feta
