Is Eugenics behind Trans affirming care?

Eugenicists, those who in the early 1900's held the erroneous belief that poor traits like poverty, criminal behavior and mental illness could be successfully bred out of humanity were responsible for passing laws in the US and Germany that forcefully sterilized hundreds of thousands. In fact the founder of Planned Parenthood Margaret Sanger, founded the org specifically to slow the procreation of minority populations. Interestingly their solution for stopping the mentally ill from breeding was sterilization. Isn't it odd that the gender affirming care so vigilantly being pushed coincidentally results in sterilization? Why are those who claim to care about this community, not willing to pause and question if there is some other path forward that doesnt result in permanent sterilization to this community?
