Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients
1 Large Egg
1 Large Egg White
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Low Fat Milk
2 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
Bake at 350 ºF (20 - 25 minutes)

Apple Banana Oatmeal Muffins
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Oat Flour
1/4 Cup Walnut Flour
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
1 Large Egg
1 large Egg White
1 Oz Yogurt
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Small Apple Cubed
1 Banana Mashed
Bake at 350 ºF (35 - 40 minutes)
