Oh boy , it's time for Bbq again . Smoking Pig Bbq in Las Vegas , Nevada . #shorts

The Smoking Pig Bbq restaurant is located in Las Vegas across the street from Nellis Air Force Base . The outside white building looks pretty tame , but inside looks more like a down home barbecue restaurant with a cool jukebox playing some good music . The waitress I had was named Harley and was the best ! If I owned a restaurant , I would steal her away and hire her at my restaurant . The barbeque pulled pork sandwich I had was a little dry and not a lot of flavor . I was a little disappointed since I saw in a couple Yelp reviews that it was supposed to be pretty good . I like the bbq beans and the sweet tea was just right . I'm not sure if this is supposted to be a Texas Bbq place or a Southern bbq . They also have 4 different bbq sauces to include Carolina Honey , Carolina Sassy , Classic Bbq , and Kansas City Hot . I like the Carolina Sassy best with the pulled pork sandwich and the Kansas City Hot was pretty good too .

According to their website , they have 4 locations : Las Vegas , Nevada - Fremont , California and 2 locations in San Jose , California . The big menu consists of course with pulled pork , brisket , ribs , pulled chicken , chicken wings , hot links , bratwursts , burgers , rib tips , corn bread , bbq beans , potato salad , coleslaw , mac n cheese , onion rings , fries , mashed potatoes , several different pies , and of course banana pudding . The menu is pretty extensive . I will try again later .
