1️⃣Stir-fry the tofu until it is soft and cool.
(Salt, a little pepper)
2️⃣Break 1 and a half to 2 sheets of seaweed and put tofu instead of rice
3️⃣Put in gimbap (egg, chicken breast, fish cake, carrot, pickled radish, cucumber) and roll it up.
▶️In the second row, the tofu lacked moisture, so I mixed it with rice.
It's even more delicious with carbohydrates.
