...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM ARIZONA TIME
/MIDNIGHT NAVAJO NATION TIME/ THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Southwest winds 40 to 50 mph with gusts up to 70 mph.
* WHERE...The Kaibab Plateau, Navajo Nation, White Mountains, and
areas along and north of the Mogollon Rim.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM Arizona time /midnight Navajo Nation time/
this evening.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property,
and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult especially
for high profile vehicles. Areas of blowing dust are likely in
the Little Colorado River Valley and could reduce
visibilities, especially for travelers on Interstate 40 from
Winslow to the New Mexico border.
