Violence flares up along Israel-Lebanon border

Israel says it's responding to a terror attack. Israeli police posted on social media that a vehicle hit four people in Tel Aviv, killing at least one of them. This comes as Israeli warplanes bombed militant targets in Lebanon and Gaza after a wave of rocket attacks against Israel.
