Once again, Prime Minister Narendra Modi outperformed other leaders, such as his American colleague Joe Biden, to claim the title of "most popular" leader in the world. The Mexican president Andrés Manuel López Obrador took the second place in the Morning Consult survey, which was conducted to map the decisions of modern leaders. PM Modi came in first place with a 76% approval rating.
