Looking for flowers, find a gunshot victim.

Kind of a strange day today. I was going to take you around the White House and look at pretty flowers all in bloom, but then came a call that a man was found shot near the GWU Hospital, which is about six blocks from the White House. While normally this would be something normal in the ER, this guy was found shot in the loading dock, and dumped out of a car as far as we can tell. Go figure. Then I got an update that the VP would make an unannounced, last-minute trip to Tennessee. Kind of a crazy day, when I though I'd just be looking at flowers all day.
