Friday Night Frenzy | LIV Golf v. PGA, Saudi Deposition Fight. Disney's Perpetuity Escape Clause.

It's the first full week of April, which means this is the week that thousands flock to Augusta National Golf Club having either won their shot at a ticket purchase by lottery, or paid thousands to gain access to the a golf course where cell phones are prohibited and beers still cost around $2.00.

Ok, great - what does that mean for us, well it means that in an otherwise quiet trial week I was able to get caught up on the litigation between LIV Golf and the PGA Tour, as well as a few other interesting legal issues floating around. I promise the docket this evening isn't limited to golf.
