The best keto recipes for weight loss: Parmesan zucchini fries

This might not taste like McDonald's fries but they're delicious side for your low carb lunch or dinner 👐.

Ingredients:
1 medium zucchini
1 large egg, whisked
½ cup crushed pork rinds
½ cup grated Parmesan
Seasonings of your choice

🥦 Instructions:
Cut a zucchini into fry shaped pieces and salt them + pat dry.
Whisk an egg in a bowl, set aside. In another bowl add crushed up pork rinds with grated Parmesan and whatever seasonings you prefer! The more seasoned these fries are the more flavorful and delicious they will be.

Now coat the zucchini in the egg wash and Parmesan mix. The best way to get it to stick is to add a little bit of breading to a dry bowl, do a few fries at a time and repeat.

Finally, you just airfry them at 400F for 10-15 minutes. Take them out and enjoy!

Protips:
Put your pork rinds in a blender or food processor until the crumbs get light and fluffy like a panko!

If they aren't sticking very well, just coat them the best you can, and before baking sprinkle, more of the breading mix on top of each one.
