San Diego State's Kappa Sigma Fraternity sued over alleged hazing

Lawyers for Benjamin Brennan say he's lucky to be alive after an alleged hazing incident in 2021 put him in a coma and on a ventilator. According to the lawsuit, his blood alcohol level was .489, which is six times higher than the legal driving limit.
