This is a video of rice thief #steamed stone stone rolls with kimchi^^
▶️ Upload the recipe (measuring rice spoons)
1️⃣Remove the fat part of 600g of raw pork belly and chop it into chunks. Put 1 minced garlic, 1 refined rice wine, and pepper seasoning for 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Spread the outside of the kimchi wide and roll the pork belly
3️⃣Pour in 500ml of anchovy broth to cover enough kimchi (add more if not enough)
4️⃣Add 1 minced garlic, 1 red pepper powder, 1 sugar, 100~200ml kimchi soup, 2 refined rice wine, 2 perilla oil
5️⃣When it boils, cover the lid and simmer over low heat for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
(Open the lid once and add the broth)
6️⃣Insufficient, add 1~2 anchovy fish sauce
