This salad is full of fresh, summery flavors and is perfect for a warm summer day. And best of all, it's incredibly easy to make. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned cook, this salad is sure to be a hit!

1/2 lb of Baby Carrots or 3 sticks of Carrot shredded or chopped
1/2lb of Grape any kind or rasin'
1/2 of Granny Smith Apple or any variety diced or chopped
2- Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
1-Tablespoon of Salad Oil or any flavorless oil
2- Tablespoon of Honey of any king
2-Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar or lemon juice
Parsely fresh or dried to taste.

You can cook the carrots for 10 minutes to soften and slice them lengthwise
