When it comes to sheer brutality in the Narco World, very few can match Mexican drug cartels. There ruthless and brutal nature has become well documented in recent years. However, gangs and factions in Brazil have been perpetrating similar acts of violence in recent years, and many such cases have been filmed and subsequently uploaded online.

Gangs such as Comando Vermelho, Primeiro Comando da Capital and Família do Norte have been responsible for much of the violence.

From beheadings, to disembowelment, they leave no stone unturned in their bloody quest for domination of the drug game.
