  • When people use their Social Security Number, the Internal Revenue Service classifies that entity as a "U.S. citizen," which is considered a federal employee. [Joy] Correct your status for what "you" want to accomplish. The more Responsible, Duty-Bound, Obligated, and Accountable you are willing to be, the more Freedom you have. However, Freedom isn't "free." It will "cost" you your immaturity, your ignorance, your lack of self discipline, your whining, your bitching, your incompetence. 🌊🌊🌊🔥👑🌸💗💙🌲👑🔥🌊🌊🌊

  • Thanks for your videos. I always appreciate you takeing us right to the source(s) of your information and showing screen shots and live clicks, rather than just telling people it was online at a governemnt website. Side note: I noticed the name printed on the SSC was not originally in ALL CAPS, but upper and lower case. I wonder when the all caps name became a thing.

  • Levy may be made upon the accrued salary or wages of any officer, employee, or elected official, of the United States, the District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of the United States or the District of Columbia, by serving a notice of levy on the employer this is my question (I’m new to this) employee, or elected official, of the United States, the District of Columbia - so if we are always saying the United States is the District of Columbia and the 10 sq miles in DC, then this would mean that the United States COMMA the District of Columbia would be referring to each individually here correct? agency or instrumentality of the United States or the District of Columbia - again here it separates the 2. so lets look at the definition of agency and instrumentality BLD 4th - AGENCY. Includes every relation in which one person acts for or represents another by latter's authority, Saums v. Parfet, 270 Mich. 165, 258 N.W. 235, where one person acts for another, ei- ther in the relationship of principal and agent, master and servant, or employer or proprietor and independent contractor, Gorton v. Doty, 57 Idaho 792, 69 P.2d 136, 139. Properly speaking, agency relates to commer- cial or business transactions. Humble Oil & Re- fining Co. v. Bell, Tex.Civ.App., 172 S.W.2d 800, - so the first part would define an employee representing their employee after proper training and job description, they are acting for the employer, correct? BLD 6th -Instrumentality rule. Under this rule, corporate exist ence will be disregarded where a corporation (subsidi ary) is so organized and controlled and its affairs so conducted as to make it only an adjunct and instrumen tality of another corporation (parent corporation), and parent corporation will be responsible for the obligations of its subsidiary. Taylor v. Standard Gas & Electric Co., C.C.A.Okl., 96 F.2d 693, 704. The so-called "instrumentality" or "alter ego" rule states that when a corporation TBC -

  • The so-called "instrumentality" or "alter ego" rule states that when a corporation is so dominated by anoth er corporation that the subservient corporation becomes a mere instrument and is really indistinct from control ling corporation, then the corporate veil of dominated corporation will be disregarded, if to retain it results in injustice. National Bond Finance Co. v. General Motors Corp., D.C.Mo., 238 F.Supp. 248, 255. So this to me is a little foreign, this could solely be speaking of corporations or be referring to corps and you fictitious name…this is confusing. The reason i point all of this out is it is a bit more complex than what i have hear. I have personally seen people lose everything they own to the IRS and had lawyers (i know they are an officer of the court) some of those lawyers were good life long friends of the persecuted and they still lost it all. i do believe there is a way but i believe it must be very concise and perfect that it is rare, with that being said i think a foreign trust that puts you out of the jurisdiction of the US in the best way to insulate yourself, correct?
