Elderly Lady in "Flexible Employment" in China

Elderly lady (still in "flexible employment") tries to sell sweet potato leaves (In #China, people eat them as vegetables and believe they have good nutrition). No one is interested. She carries them to the market and sells them all for 7 yuan ($ 1) (1.2 yuan per kg) to the man who sells fish, as he can feed his fish with the leaves. The man gives her 100 yuan, but she dares not receive it as she doesn't have any changes. So she says she can give the leaves to him for free.
And the #CCP claims it has lifted Chinese people out of poverty.
