Recover suspended / shut down Instagram account.

Hello,

thought I would share the success that I had recovering my acc,
if you are anything like me you watched countless videos on how to do this,
all leading to the same or similar spot, no where.

Step one.
https://business.facebook.com/overview
Create a "business manager" business account on FB
this costs nothing.

You may need to create a FB page also I am not 100%
Link your instagram account to said business page and follow the steps in the video.

IF for what ever reason you cannot connect your Instagram to the business manager account. Simply follow the same process but ask for support on your FB page or Your add account, just so you can get to the live chat.

Once you get to that step just write
"Hey I am actually looking for support on account @ insert your insta
this account is linked to this email your@email.com and this phone number
696969. I recently logged in using a different device,
"or I was using VPN" "I typed in the wrong password too many times"

use a reason that doesn't sound like you intentially or unintentially posted some guideline violation content, you OF "models" and Instagram "boss babes" might struggle as most of your accounts look like soft core porn sites.

Finish up the chat or message with "I am looking start using paid advertising on meta/instagram/FB so it would be great if you could explain to me how to reactivate my Instagram or if you could do something on your end it would be greatly appreciated. "

By telling them you have or are about to use "paid advertising" they have more of a financial incentive to help you get it back, instead of just being emotionally upset.
