Don't Comply At Illegal Internal Checkpoints - Border Checkpoint 60 Miles From Border?

Phoenix from DontComply.com stopped by Border Patrol. Apparently the 4th Amendment, "that prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures" is null and void, for those Americans that live within 100 miles of any border. I may have missed that part in the Constitution. As I approached this checkpoint in South Texas I had only intended to film the area and document the absurdity of it, but as I pulled into the cattle line I could not resist the urge....
