Heinz Leymann studied and researched the phenomenon of bullying, mobbing organized harassment and orchestrated activities. I would read about him, say, on a Sunday evening, and the next morning an email came through from an acquaintance / friend from a volunteer group I participated in and he actually said, "We'll have to ketchup." This caused me to go into hysterics, if you will, because it implied he not only knew I looked up Heinz Leymann, but that he was mocking my experience. I didn't find him to be a sincere person any longer, this K. Douglas person.
