Does Windows Game Mode Actually Do Anything?

We recently updated to windows 11 here on the channel and reading through some optimization guides for gaming, I want to know if Windows Game mode actually DOES anything for users who are not running a million things on their machine at once. Do we get all that juicy fps? Or is it more or less the same? Thats what we are going to take a look at in todays video.

Windows 11 has had its downsides in the past when it comes to gaming. But all the guides out there insist that windows game mode is here to save us from low fps numbers.
