Before Nicole ‘Snooki’ Pollizi made waves on the jersey shore, raking in $150,000 per episode.
Before Snooki got punched in the face.
Before she appeared on Monday Night Raw and Fought at Wrestlemania 28.
Before she released her autobiographical book “A Shore Thing” and her own clothing line.
BEFORE Snooki would appear on Celebrity Apprentice with Arnold Schwarzenegger as the host.

Nicole Pollizi was born in Santiago, Chile but due to political turmoil in her native land she was put up for adoption when she was six months old and raised by her Italian American Parents
in Marlboro New York.

During her highschool days she developed an eating disorder and at one point, weighed only 80 pounds.

After high school she enrolled in community college in the hopes of being a veterinary technician. Simultaneously she filmed a one off episode for MTV’s ‘Is She Really Going Out With Him?” & producers were so entertained by her off the cuff antics they knew they had to get her involved in their next project known as Jersey Shore. Although being from Chile would technically not make her a guidette, she quickly became the star of the show while living on the Jersey Shore.

Snooki or Nicole Pollizi was born in Santiago, Chile on November 23, 1987. At six months old she was adopted by her parents Andy and Helen Polizzi, who are both Italian American. Her father worked as a volunteer fireman and her mother was an office manager. When speaking about her early childhood, Snooki has said that she has no interest in finding out about her biological parents, as her adoptive parents are great.
