Making a Buck in Rio

Yes my friends, exactly as the title suggests, on this video, I'm gonna talk about a topic which I believe is everyone's favorite: MAKING MONEY!
However since this is a channel about the history of Rio and of Brazil, I'll be taking you through the riches of colonial Rio and Brazil. The goods that made this land be of interest to the Portuguese in the first place.
And yes, at first, up until the 1530s to be more exact, they far more interested and the goods mentioned here than in actually settling and populating Brazil.
