Deficiencies in Kern water management plan

In March, the California Department of Water Resources deemed the Groundwater Sustainability Plan for six groundwater basins across the state to be inadequate. The Kern County Subbasin was on that list. Now, the 6 member GSAs of the subbasin are working to address the deficiencies in their water management plan. 23ABC's Brianna Willis spoke with some area water managers to learn more.
